Send us your flight details ≥3 days before arrival — otherwise the last boat is assumed. Sign in at the Longmen Inn jetty office at least 10 minutes early. Allow ≥3 hours from Tawau landing to boat time (a 10:30 landing cannot make the 12:30 boat). Early private departures at 6:30 / 8:00 can be arranged for a fee (shared among passengers when the boat is pooled), paid on site — ask us for the current rate. 请在入住前 3 天告知航班信息——未及时告知默认安排最后一班船。请提前至少 10 分钟到龙门客栈码头办公室集合签到。参考斗湖机场落地时间预留 3 小时安排船班（10:30 落地无法赶上 12:30 的船）。可申请 6:30 / 8:00 付费离岛（拼船按人头平摊），费用现场支付——具体收费请咨询我们。
Age counts by birth year. Solo travellers pay 1.5× the per-person rate. Per room: 1 adult + 1 child counts as 2 adults; 1 + 2 children as 2 adults; 1 + 3 children as 2.5 adults. Child half price is based on the 1st–2nd person rate. 儿童年龄按年份相减计算；单人入住按 1.5 个人头计费。一间房：1大1小按2成人、1大2小按2成人、1大3小按2.5成人计算；儿童半价以第1–2人价格为基础。
Because medical facilities around Semporna are limited, the resort cannot accept guests aged 75+, pregnant guests, or guests with serious medical conditions; minors must stay with a guardian. The resort may decline check-in on site under its policy. For safety, guests may not leave the island for town on their own during a water-bungalow stay — leaving without the resort's arrangement is treated as checking out, with no return boat. 因仙本那医疗条件有限，度假村不接待 75 岁及以上长者、孕妇及特殊疾病患者；未成年人需监护人陪同入住，现场有权按政策拒绝入住。出于安全考虑，入住水屋期间不能擅自离岛去镇上——未经度假村安排自行离岛视为退房，无法再接送上岛。
