Thank you for choosing Sea Sea Adventure / Sea Sea Semporna  仙本那好康 under Dlearn Adventure Sdn. Bhd. for your travel arrangements in Semporna, Sabah.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making any booking. By confirming or making payment, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Booking and Payment

All prices quoted are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the travel date.

All bookings are based on a first-pay, first-confirmed basis.

Failure to make payment within the stated period may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

Prices may change without prior notice if no deposit has been received.

2. Confirmation and Travel Arrangements

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment and full guest details are received.

Guests are required to arrive at Tawau Airport before 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth transfer to Semporna or the respective resort.

Late arrivals may cause missed transfers, and Dlearn Adventure will not be held responsible for additional costs or lost nights.

Please inform us of any special dietary needs or medical conditions at least 30 days before departure.

3. Pricing and Surcharges

All package prices are based on current rates from resorts, boat operators, and transportation partners.

Any price adjustments, surcharges, or tax changes imposed by third-party providers will be borne by the customer.

Dlearn Adventure reserves the right to revise or correct prices in the event of errors, currency fluctuations, or changes in supplier costs.

4. Customer Details and Documents

All traveler details must match passport or IC information exactly.

Any amendment or correction after booking confirmation may incur additional fees and is subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all passports, visas, and travel documents are valid before departure.

Dlearn Adventure shall not be liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or missed flights due to incomplete or invalid documents.

5. Insurance and Liability

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to cover unforeseen events such as illness, injury, trip cancellation, or lost belongings.

Dlearn Adventure shall not be responsible for any accident, delay, natural disaster, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

We act only as a booking agent for partner resorts, transport operators, and service providers, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

6. Cancellation and Refund

More than 30 days before travel: 30% of the total deposit paid will be refunded.

Less than 30 days before travel / No-show: Strictly non-refundable.

Any transfer of booking to another guest must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days, after deduction of any bank or third-party charges.

Refunds are made only to the original payer/account used for booking.

7. Changes or Cancellations by Resort or Operator

In case of bad weather, technical issues, or force majeure, resort or transfer schedules may change without notice.

Dlearn Adventure will assist in rescheduling, but no refund will be issued for services beyond our control.

If a resort cancels or modifies your booking, compensation or alternatives will follow the resort’s specific policy.

8. Force Majeure

Dlearn Adventure shall not be held liable for losses, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions, flight delays, or transport breakdowns

Natural disasters or epidemics

Political unrest or government restrictions

Resort or operator disruptions

In such cases, we will do our best to assist with alternative arrangements, but additional costs (if any) will be borne by the traveler.

10. General

Dlearn Adventure reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website or communication channels.

By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
